How can I return items from my order?(Change of Mind)

We understand that plans can change. Below you’ll find clear guidance on when returns are possible, which items are eligible, how to return items, and how refunds are processed, so you can proceed with confidence.

1️⃣ Can I return items from my order?

Yes, returns may be accepted after delivery, provided the conditions below are met.

Return eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days from the order completion date.

  • Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original condition.

  • The product seal must be fully intact.

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, any item that shows signs of opening, use, or packaging damage may be ineligible for return.

  • Complimentary samples included with your order do not need to be returned and may be kept.

We reserve the right to reject a return if these conditions are not met.


2️⃣ Can I return part of my order?

Yes. Partial returns are allowed, as long as the returned items meet the eligibility criteria above.

  • For international returns, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method.

  • After shipping your return, please reply to our support team with:

    • Original order number

    • Sender’s name and contact number

    • Courier name

    • Tracking number


4️⃣ Who covers the return costs?

If the return is due to a change of mind, the following costs are the customer’s responsibility:

  • Packaging and handling fees

  • Domestic and international shipping costs

  • Local courier fees or taxes

If a return is rejected, the reshipment cost to send the item back will also be borne by the customer.


5️⃣ How and when will I receive my refund?

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

  • Credit card payments: 7–14 business days

  • PayPal payments: 3–5 business days
